When you finish telling someone something and then they say
“That’s ok I…”
I was trying to vent, you don’t need to make this about yourself.
I don’t know why it pisses me off so much, it shouldn’t. I guess I just don’t understand it, or you, and it makes me so mad. It makes me mad that I’m never good enough, never pretty enough, never skinny enough, never cool enough, never nice enough, and never funny enough for you to even give me the time of day & when you’re bored and you settle with me because every one better is busy, stop doing that. It gets my hopes up that maybe I’ve suddenly become good enough to be your friend. Maybe you’ve had a change of heart. Maybe you actually give a shit about me. But then after we’re done having what I thought was fun, you move on, act like we aren’t even friends. & I go back to feeling like a worthless piece of shit until you decided I’m worthy enough to hang out with again. I’m sick of being your back up plan and only your friend when it’s convenient for you. I’m sick of letting the one good time override the 99 bad times.
